Products

All headwear is designed by Anél Heyman Designs. Due to the handcrafted and artistic nature of each design, slight variations may occur. Colours may also vary slightly depending on screen settings.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.

Custom-Designed Headwear

Custom-designed headwear requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking and commence design work.

The remaining balance is due prior to dispatch or collection.

Deposits are non-refundable as they cover design time, consultation, sourcing of materials, and studio preparation.

Once design work has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.

Due to the personalised nature of custom designs, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Production timelines provided for custom pieces are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity and material availability.

Intellectual Property

All designs, imagery, branding, and written content remain the intellectual property of Anél Heyman Designs and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Anél Heyman Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of products purchased.
