Due to the delicate and couture nature of our designs, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution where appropriate.

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Custom-designed headwear is final sale and non-refundable.

If you are unsure about fit or styling prior to purchase, we encourage you to contact us for guidance before committing to your order.

We ship worldwide from Brisbane, Australia.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Oversized couture pieces may require a freight quote. In this case, you will be contacted prior to dispatch to confirm shipping arrangements.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and carrier.
