On the Cover of Hollyway Magazine: A Moment of Gratitude

There are moments in every artist’s journey that ask you to pause — to breathe in the wonder of how far you’ve come.
For me, that moment arrived in the most unassuming way: a small parcel waiting at my front door, carrying within it something far greater than I could have imagined.

A glimpse inside Hollyway Magazine — the feature that beautifully captured both my story and my art.

I knew instantly what it was. My heart raced as I tore through the paper, revealing the latest issue of Hollyway Magazine. And there it was — my work, gracing the cover.
For a moment, disbelief washed over me. It felt surreal, as though time stood still between my hands. Then came a deep, quiet wave of gratitude — the kind that fills your chest and hums softly beneath your skin.

Hollyway Magazine is a print-to-order international publication that celebrates creativity, craftsmanship, and individuality. Each issue curates stories from around the world — honouring artists and designers who pour intention, skill, and soul into their work. To see my creations brought to life within those pages, surrounded by such inspiring artistry, was deeply humbling.

The Hollyway Magazine cover — a moment of disbelief, gratitude, and quiet joy all in one frame.

As I turned the glossy pages, I found myself reflected not only through the imagery but through the story it told. Hollyway has a way of celebrating artists — not just their creations, but their spirit — and to be seen in that light was profoundly moving. I paused on the spread that featured my designs, the layout unfolding with grace and intention, echoing the very values I hold dear in my own craft: detail, emotion, and authenticity.

The Mocha headpiece — captured in two expressions of elegance, both wearable and artistic.

It was also a moment of reflection — on the countless hours in my workroom, the evolution of my style, and the courage it takes to stay true to your creative voice.

And while this feature bore my name, it was not a solo achievement. My heartfelt thanks go to Shell Eide, whose expert eye and sensitivity to light and form captured my work in a way that feels alive. Without her, these images — and this feature — would not hold the same soul.

This milestone has reminded me that beauty unfolds when passion meets patience, and when we dare to dream quietly but with conviction.
